Samit Garg, the Creator & Director of the show - is the driving force behind Shiva Immersive. He is one of India’s foremost experience designers and a pioneer in transforming culture into world-class experiential formats. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of E-Factor Experiences, he has spent over two decades reimagining how stories, festivals, heritage and public spaces can be brought alive through innovation, technology and human emotion. Shiva Immersive is a natural extension of his lifelong pursuit: to make India’s civilizational narratives accessible, contemporary and globally benchmarked. With an instinct for scale, an eye for detail and a deep personal connection to the country’s cultural fabric, Samit has crafted this production as a new template for immersive storytelling - ambitious in design, meticulous in craft and rooted in purpose.
Jai Thakore & Sonali Thakore - Co-Producers
As Co-Producer of Shiva Immersive, Jai Thakore brings seasoned business acumen and steadfast organisational support to the project. A the Co-Founder & Chairman at E-Factor Experiences, he plays a key role in strengthening the company’s operational ecosystem, enabling large-scale creative ventures to move from vision to execution with confidence. His involvement in the said capacity reflects his commitment to nurturing pioneering ideas and supporting the company’s ambition to redefine experiential storytelling in India.
Sonali, a Director at E-Factor Experiences, has been instrumental in building the culture of trust, governance and continuity that underpins the organisation’s bold creative pursuits. Her role in the project reflects her broader contribution to the company’s journey championing innovation, empowering new ideas, and supporting transformative initiatives like Shiva Immersive.
Manika Garg - Co-Producer & Creative Collaborator
As a Director at E-Factor Experiences, Manika Garg has been a vital creative force behind Shiva Immersive. She has led deep research, shaped narrative intent, and worked closely with the creative and design teams to ensure that every moment of the show carries the right emotion, authenticity and experiential depth. Her instinct for storytelling, her sensitivity to cultural nuance, and her unwavering commitment to excellence have been instrumental in transforming the concept into a powerful, contemporary immersive experience. Shiva Immersive carries her imprint in its emotional core, its integrity, and its meticulous attention to detail.
Alessandro Simonetti Lustig, Creative Lead & Co-founder, SARAVÁ
With experience in cinema, documentary and digital technologies, Alessandro builds narratives that merge storytelling with innovation. He has directed and conceptualized work for ALAÏA, Adidas and Prada; and created experiences for events such as the Venice Biennale, Milan Design Week and NFT Paris at the Grand Palais.
Ludovica Arci, Executive Producer & Co-founder, SARAVÁ
With a background in branding, entertainment and cultural programs, Ludovica previously led Strategy at luxury and lifestyle agency Karla Otto. She has worked with leadership teams of brands like Bottega Veneta, Moncler, BMW, Maserati, Sky and Swarovski; contributed to the launch of Ferragamo’s Portrait Hotel; and worked on major projects for the Venice Biennale, Milan Design Week, Art Basel, Asia Now and the 36th America’s Cup.
Sharad Kelkar lends his unmistakable baritone to the Shiva Immersive, bringing with him a voice that India already knows, trusts, and feels deeply. A celebrated actor with an expansive body of work across Hindi, Marathi, and South Indian cinema, Sharad is widely acclaimed for his powerful performances in films like Tanhaji, Har Har Mahadev, Laxmii and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, where his voice and presence became cultural talking points. His acclaimed dubbing as the Hindi voice of Prabhas in the Baahubali franchise earned him national recognition, establishing him as one of the most iconic narratorial voices in modern Indian cinema. With a career spanning television, OTT and major film productions, Sharad’s command over emotion, rhythm and narrative makes him a rare storyteller.
Balaji Gauri, Script Writer is a National School of Drama – trained actor, writer and storyteller with over 25 years of experience across theatre, film and digital platforms. Her work spans acclaimed international and national stages, including performances under mentors and directors like Naseeruddin Shah, Anuradha Kapur and Kirti Jain. She has acted in award-winning films such as Aligarh and Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway, along with notable roles in Dhadak and popular web series including Mumbai Diaries and The Freelancer.

Mahua Chauhan, Associate Director is an award-winning thespian, Kathak exponent and acclaimed Artistic Director known for her powerful storytelling and rigorous artistic integrity. As the creator of landmark productions such as Yaar Julahe, Kanupriya, Earth Diaries, Dhee and Babasaheb: The Grand Musical, she is celebrated for works that interpret India’s cultural, historical and social narratives with depth and innovation. Honoured with prestigious recognitions including the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award and Veer Durgadas Award, Mahua brings both excellence and vision to her role.

Pranav Gautam, Lead-Research Team is guided by curiosity, discipline and a storyteller’s instinct, bridges ancient wisdom with contemporary creative formats, making each experience resonant, respectful and thoughtfully crafted. Throughout his journey, he has created stories and content for many of India’s and the world’s leading organisations including SAP, Microsoft, Google, Autodesk, Oracle, JCB, TATA, Larsen & Toubro and UNICEF India. He has worked closely with various central and state government ministries. Alongside his creative career he has spent years studying India’s ancient knowledge systems - the Puranas, Vedas and classical scriptures exploring their narratives, symbolism, cultural foundations and philosophical insights.

Sauryansh Singh, Music Producer is a versatile Indian composer and record producer known for his cinematic, cross-cultural sound. With over a decade of professional experience, his work includes the acclaimed “Sounds of Asia” library, music for Holmes & Watson, compositions for Babasaheb: The Grand Musical and an official Avicii tribute remix in collaboration with Afrojack. From folk experiments to international scoring sessions in Budapest, Sauryansh brings a bold, contemporary musical identity to every project.

Sylvain Billion, Head of Production
A producer of over thirty immersive projects worldwide, Sylvain has delivered work for Chanel, Cartier and Audemars Piguet; produced content for FIFA stadium ceremonies and a Shakira halftime show; and collaborated with institutions including the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco. His work includes the Empire State Building video mapping and Art Numérique at Grand Palais Immersif.
Mauro Pagnussat, Composer, Arranger & Sound Engineer
Mauro’s work spans musical theatre, television, videogames and advertising. He has composed and arranged for major Italian productions including Mary Poppins and Sogno di una notte di mezza estate. His screen and media work includes projects for RAI, the Fao Schwarz brand and the videogame series Barely Apes.
Marco Longo, Composer & Sound Designer 
Trained at Conservatorio G. Verdi di Milano and Berklee College of Music, Marco has composed for film, animation and international brands. His credits include Talking Tom & Friends, feature films like Buio come il cuore and Koza Nostra (Best Original Score) and collaborations with artists and companies including Elio, Malika Ayane, Omega, Outfit7 and Gewa Instruments. He has composed for immersive exhibitions and major theatre productions across Italy.

Adrian Corsei, VFX Supervisor
With over two decades in visual effects, Adrian has contributed to Marvel films such as Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Ant-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and Spider-Man: Homecoming. He formerly served as Head of Studio at international VFX companies Trixter and Orca Studios.

Naveet Bali - a seasoned strategist with 20 years of expertise in crafting and executing differentiated and large scale government events and cultural Ips across multiple geographies. Heads the special projects at E-Factor - one of the largest experiential events and publicly listed companies in India.

From differentiated business strategy to creating operational blue prints that work in all terrain and multimedia products/ campaigns and various IPs across culture, sporting, tourism verticals, Naveet Bali is also responsible for bringing in strategic partnerships, high stake stakeholder management, is adept at growing brand and experiential communities and creating data driven insights and robust ROI for the clutter breaking projects in India and other countries.

Vrinda Makhija, Brand Design

Vrinda brings over two decades of experience shaping the visual identity and brand expression of some of India’s most respected organisations. Her body of work spans marquee brands including the Taj Group of Hotels, Shaadi.com, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Dr. Reddy’s, Merck, TBZ, Shazé, and The Phoenix Mills Ltd. Having held creative leadership roles at JWT, DDB Mudra Group, and Saatchi & Saatchi, she has defined how brands look, feel, and communicate across hospitality, lifestyle, retail, and global consumer categories.
Working at the intersection of design and storytelling, Vrinda specialises in crafting cohesive visual languages, colour systems, patterns, iconography, identity frameworks, and venue/experience branding; shaping environments where the narrative and the aesthetic must move as one.

Mukesh Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer
Mukesh Agarwal is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over twenty-three years of experience across finance, operations, and commercial strategy, with a proven record as a P&L leader who has guided organisations through complex transitions including a successful IPO. As the CFO of E-Factor Experiences Ltd, he has built robust financial systems that support the company’s multi-vertical growth, bringing deep expertise in financial modelling, cost engineering, fund management, governance, and risk oversight.

Abhishek Kamboj, Architect

Abhishek Kamboj is a seasoned architect with over a decade of experience designing culturally significant public spaces and multi-sensory environments, most notably as part of the architectural team behind the award-winning India Pavilion at World Expo 2025 in Osaka. His portfolio extends into hospitality and luxury residential design, with landmark work for global brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and DoubleTree, along with award-winning clubhouses for Prestige Group. Abhishek has also crafted high-altitude luxury holiday residences in Himachal and flagship retail architecture for Sobha Developers. A recipient of the Prestige Young Architect Award, he is recognised for his refined design sensibilities, strong technical command, and his ability to shape immersive, experience-driven spatial narratives with precision, clarity, and creativity.
